About me, Alison Reynolds.

My technical knowledge is a given.

As a senior decision-maker yourself, you’ll understand the level of my knowledge of Human Resources and Organisational Development since I’ve been doing this for over 20 years.

Yes, I could go on about being a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD; how I’ve got a post-graduate degree in HR Management and Organisational Development; how I specialised in the Psychology of Change and am Myers Briggs certified.

But what does that mean to you?

It means that when you pay for a chunk of my time, you get all of my 20 years’ experience for it.

It means the knowledge and advice you’re getting is:

It means I’m not interested in working with you if you want an off-the-shelf, quick-fix ‘solution’.

And it means that I’ll take the time to find out what you need, not just what I want to tell you.
