Alison Reynolds

My technical knowledge is a given. As a senior decision-maker yourself, you’ll understand the level of my knowledge of Human Resources and Organisational Development since I’ve been doing this for over 20 years. Yes, I could go on about being a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD; how I’ve got a post-graduate degree in HR Management and Organisational Development; how I specialised in the Psychology of Change and am Myers Briggs certified.
