About me, Alison Reynolds
My technical knowledge is a given. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years!
On paper:
- I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD
- I have a post-graduate degree in HR Management and Organisational Development
- I specialise in the Psychology of Change
- I am Myers Briggs II certified.
But what does that mean to you?
